Looking for a cheap arcade cabinet for use with MAME, does not have to
have any working parts since it will be used as a MAME cabinet. Also
any help on how to get started would also be great. I live near the
Philly area in Yardley.

it depends on what your time frame and budget is. are you doing it on
the cheap? I.E. want to do it all from scratch or are you looking to
get it done fast but spend some $$$. start here http://arcadecontrols.com/
look at the newbie guide, decide how you will interface, what controls
you want, etc. RESEARCH everthing!!!! the big things are:
interface- keyboard hack or $$ for an encoder ( i went the keyboard
hack way.)
controls - there are so many things you can add. (i just did the 2
joys. and 6 buttons I.E. street fighter setup) I thought this was the
best universal setup. you can get these on ebay for under $45 the rest
order from happ controls. you have to get the CAB. first and then decide what you need from
happ.
this is just setting up the CAB then you have to setup the PC decide
on a frontend get the roms etc.
