-Look into the Delta 50-345 Mobile base. They sell for around $39-$49 and all you do is add the cross braces. I mounted mine to my tables and used angle aluminum for cross braces. Better than making your own. A foot pedal operation.

-HF sells theirs for around 25.

I'm very careful as to what I buy from Harbor Freight Tools. This, however, is a no-brainer.
