Simple (Woodworking project) CAD

Does anyone know of an inexpensive ($100 or less) program that can draw lines to scale and allow simple dimension lines? I don't needd (or want to spend money for an extra hard disk) AutoCAD, just a simple single-level 2D sheet that I could use to lay out a "Captain's Bed", or dog-house, or whatever. Recommendations?

-You can get AutoCAD's cousin: AutoSketch. I think Aldus/Adobe also had a program called Intellidraw that can do that too.

-TurboCAD from IMSI is probably the cheapest. 1-800-833-8082 I believe it sells for about $30.
