looking for ideas and projects for a technology class grades 8-10. Small
projects that can be made from scrape wood and done with hand tools and some
electric bench tools.

pickup,,Tables,Chairs,Sewin cabinets,Bookcases,Vanities,Doors etc Are
all good sources of Free Hardwood anyone vcan have as well as Cabinet
shop dumpters and Fence Builders Dumpsters are loaded with so much scrap
you could heat a city for 100yrs! Have em all build stuff Then have a
CRAFT SHOW in the Cafeteria on Saturday to raise money for good tools,If
ya really wanna make an impression Try RECYCLING the Billions of dollars
of Furniture tossed out in Everytown Usa daily,,The Wood WE recycle
preserves the Greenhouse and its easy when ya have a truck or car trunk.
You can make Birdhouses,Shelves,Ramps,Signs,Kitchen stuff like
Breadboards,Recipecard holders,Hotplate trivets,,Outdoor stuff like Lawn
ornaments,Welcome signs,Bathouses-Purple martin houses-Sports stuff and
on n on n on. Stay with Shellac and Water based Finishes n Stains for
lowest smell factors
